- You’ll send your clips and your website, and see your first videos before anything is posted.
- You’ll say what is wrong, in plain words, and that is what gets fixed first.

These are the editor’s own answers, word for word, the way it gives them in its chat.
- How long does a video take?
- A short clip takes a few minutes. You can keep talking while it cuts.
- Is my footage private?
- Your upload is deleted after 30 days and the finished video after 90. To make the edit, still frames and the words spoken go to model providers. The privacy page names each one and where it is hosted.
- What can you make?
- I cut the footage you bring: length, a TikTok, Reels or Shorts shape, caption looks, a tidy or the best moments, b-roll, music, your own title or end card. Captions already burned in are left alone. With no footage I make motion-graphics films from a subject or a news link.
- How long can my video be?
- Send an mp4, mov, m4v, webm or mkv. The finished video comes back tall, square and wide.
- What music do you have?
- The music comes from a licensed library sorted by energy: calm, steady or upbeat. Say which and I queue it. A song you name cannot be used, and the music can be quieter, louder or left out.
- Will it change how my voice sounds?
- It stays your own voice. On every edit it is cleaned, evened out and made clear, and nothing else is done to it: the editor cannot change a voice or put an effect on it.
